[/style][/td][td] [atrb=border,0,true] molly let out a small sigh, giving the teacher a small smile when he turned to look at her. he smiled back, it was impossible to be mad at the tiny girl. she turned her attention back on the clock the hung on the wall, the very reason why she sighed in the first place. there were five minutes left until school was over and the clock was being uncharacteristically slow. a sigh was just about to escape her lips when the teacher asked her a question. she replied with a " i'm really not sure, you explain it again", which led to him doing the entire problem all over. leaving no time for molly to answer the question once more because when he turned around to ask if she understood, the bell interrupted him and molly was able to get out of the classroom. her first stop was her locker. she dumped all her books in there. it was friday and there was no way she was doing homework on the weekend. if she needed anything, she would just as the guy from her class. he always gave her everything she needed. molly then waltzed out of school and to the front steps of beverly prep.
even though school was over and it was a friday, the popular kids of beverly prep remained on the front steps at least a half hour after class, just to be seen by everyone. including the kids of beverly high. they liked being known as well as being the first and last people seen at school. molly was no exception, but her reasons for doing it were a bit different. her friends from beverly high usually met with her near the steps. her friends from beverly prep excepted her to at least hide her friendships but she had no intention of listening to them. it wasn't likely that they would tell her anything. she was richer, more powerful, and more well-liked than anyone of them. go figure. her eyes scanned the streets to see if she saw any of her friends but none were in sight. she frowned and looked at her cell phone. a half hour had already passed. many of her friends were leaving, and since she didn't want to be alone, she decided to leave as well. she took the short walk to a park nearby, she really didn't feel like going home yet.

on his way out the doors, he quickly remembered that molly usually hung out on the steps of the prep school. he knew that it was usually to see anthony, but andrew had it set in his mind that their relationship would fall apart one way or another. maybe she would finally get it into her head that aj was the one for her. observing the steps, aj only noticed the other rich brats from molly's classes. they were shooting him dirty looks, obviously knowing that he was from the public school. he just shrugged it off and went on his way. those kids would get their karma back eventually. aj was certain he'd be more successful that they ever were by working off sheer determination instead of daddy's money. molly was different though. she wasn't like the rest of the bitches at beverly hills prep. she was kind and genuine and that's probably what aj loved so much about her. most of her friends went to the public school and that was a sigh of relief.
not wasting anymore time in front of the gossiping rich kids of the prep school he let his feet wander. he knew his way around town, so it wasn't like he had no idea where his toes were taking him, but he was following the impulses in his head to go wherever. looking up at the gorgeous afternoon sky, the park seemed like a logical place to head to. he grinned as soon as he noticed a dark head of hair on top of a petite frame. molly was walking right in front of him. it looked like he didn't miss her today after all. aj ran quietly behind her and bit his lip. "boo!" he shouted, grabbing her sides in an attempt to scare the girl. he wasn't sure how she would take to his joke, but he smiled and laughed anyway. he was just glad to see her. "now why are you here all by yourself? hmm?"

[/style][/td][td] [atrb=border,0,true] molly loved school, not because she loved learning or anything, but because of her friends. unfortunately, they bothered her to no end when they saw her with the beverly high kids. molly had never been one to judge, if she liked you then that was that, but her friends were a completely different story. they were raised to think they were big shit and the beverly high kids were not worthy. molly, on the other hand, was raised to do whatever she pleased. and that included not only befriending the high school kids but even dating one of them. you could imagine the kind of shit she got for that, luckily, people's words never got to her and she saw her school friends jokes about the people she associated with to be funny and just immature. and that was saying a lot considering molly wasn't the most mature person around. anyways, as she got to the park, she couldn't help but wonder where her friends were. okay, so the main person she was looking for was her boyfriend, anthony, but if aj and leia were with him, then it was just a win-win situation.
molly was so busy with the thoughts of her boyfriend and friends, that she had not notice a figure creeping up behind her. once the person grabbed her sides and yelled out boo, well it was easy to say that all hell broke lose. she turned around, purse in hand, and was about to hit whoever had done that when she saw aj. as soon as her eyes landed on the boy, a smile spread across her face and her eyes, which had been wide in surprise, softened. she hit him jokingly, she could take a joke but she had almost been scared to death. "do you hate me so much that you want to give little old me a heart attack" molly said, gasping in surprise. was it obvious that she enjoyed portraying the victim? her surprised face faded in an instant, and she gave aj a quick hug. she missed the boy even though she had seen him a couple days ago. in molly's mind, that was already an eternity. molly let go off him a second later, and took a moment to think about his question. she really had no idea why she was even at the park but she knew why she was alone.
"well, i'm alone because a certain friend of mine didn't meet me in front of the steps of the school. i was so alone for thirty minutes" molly added, sniffing as if she was fake crying. she laughed a second later, unable to keep the act up.she was such a horrible actress. "why did you take forever anyways? and where are anthony and leia?" she asked, not giving him a second to answer till she was done.

"yes. i hate you so much." he said sarcastically, laughing and tossing his arms around the girl as soon as she hugged him. aj was pretty tall for his age, so he sort of smothered her in the hug, but he didn't care. he felt like right in his arms was where she was meant to be. not in anthony's.
andrew bit his lip and contorted his face in apology when she mentioned that he didn't meet her by the steps. it wasn't his fault. he was held up. "now, i can't help that i'm so popular and everyone wants to talk to me." he rolled his eyes, knowing fully well that it wasn't the case. sure, people liked him, but he was not popular in the least. frankly, a lot of people probably found aj to be quite annoying at times. he was always pulling a prank or being an idiot somewhere. mainly his jokes were pulled on the beverly hills prep kids, but he always managed to keep a few up his sleeve for the halls of his own school. covering all of the lockers in post it notes was a personal favorite of his. it cost a lot of money, but it was always well worth it.
aj could feel himself actually cringe when molly mentioned anthony's name. it wasn't that he didn't like tony. he just didn't want molly to be consumed by him in the moments that they had together. it was the worst feeling to know that he liked her so much, but another guy got to her instead. aj didn't see what anthony had that he didn't. he constantly beat himself up for it, but he wasn't going to let go of the hope that maybe one day, molly would fall for him. "i am not my best friend's keeper." he claimed, throwing his hands up by his face. "i have a feeling leia ran out to go perform somewhere near the beach." aj wasn't even going to bring up anthony in conversation. he knew that he would try to redirect things overtime she mentioned his name. "but anyway, i am here now m'lady. andrew james greene, at your service." he smiled and bowed, joking around with the girl he was so head over heels for. he hoped they could be together for a while here in the park. it was a gorgeous day out and he was willing to take it in with her.

[/style][/td][td] [atrb=border,0,true] molly was a scaredy cat. as confident as she was and as willing as she was to do anything exciting, when it came right down to it, molly was afraid. with things like surfing or bungee jumping, she usually worked her way through it but when someone sneaked up on her, you could sure as hell believe that she expected it to be a psycho killer. you could imagine how much worse it would be if she actually started carrying mace around. aj was so lucky that she had not bothered with mace, otherwise he, as well as a lot of her other friends, would have been temporarily blinded by her. she was tiny but she knew how to defend herself. anyways, she smiled as he hugged her back. he was so much taller than her, many people were, so she stood on her tip-toes. it didn't make much of a different but she like to pretend it did. she pulled away after a couple of moments even though she didn't want to. she liked aj's hugs just a little too much sometimes. "i knew it! now i have to find a new guy best friend. " molly said, putting her hand on her forehead and sighing dramatically. "it's so hard to find people who don't hate you these days" she added, not being able to contain her smile.
she found herself constantly smiling whenever she was with aj. she wasn't sure if it was because they had so much fun together or something else, but a part of her felt guilty for it. but then her mind reminded her that she was in love with anthony and she no longed felt the guilt, or anything else for that matter. it was getting hard not too lately, which was why she wished anthony or leia were with them. molly didn't mind though, she knew she was being silly. molly smiled when she saw his face. she wasn't really upset about it, it wasn't like it was his duty to meet her there. that was left up to anthony. but she hated being alone. "well, i guess now i have to look for a good guy friend that also happens to be less popular than you. how will i manage" molly joked. she actually didn't know just how popular he was or wasn't at his school. she had never one set foot in that place. anthony wanted her to miss class just to hang around with him so he could show her off but she had always said no, she didn't feel comfortable being there. it wasn't a hate thing but she thought they would treat her differently. just like how her friends treated anthony and aj. it was one of the reasons why she never stayed around for more than ten seconds when they came to meet her at the steps.
molly rolled her eyes. "i'm starting to wonder why i keep you around....aside from your awesome personality and good looks" she stuck her tongue out at him, she found it impossible to be serious when she was with aj. it just wasn't fun. "that girl will leave us someday to become famous and i will have to find another girl best friend. gosh, all my best friends either hate me to are leaving me" she sighed. molly smiled. she really wouldn't have wanted it any other day. she didn't mean to brag, even in her head, but she sure knew how to pick her friends. "good! i love my friends but i think their gossip is going to cause me to kill myself one of these days" she said, though this time she was serious.

"but, molls!" aj protested to her search for a new male best friend. aj could feel his heart sink a little bit when she mentioned the friend word. of course he was friendzoned. that was only natural considering the fact that molly had a boyfriend, but he couldn't help but feel a sting in his heart. "when i say i hate you, i mean it in the best way possible." aj joked, mirroring the gorgeous girl's smile. he loved provoking a smile out of her. it made him feel a lot better about the situation that he was stuck in. having her taken left a slowly burn in his chest overtime they were together, but seeing her smile when he was around made his confidence go up just a bit. maybe things would work in his favor eventually. maybe he would finally get the girl instead of being just the best friend. he remembered many nights that he got drunk to try and forget these problems, but alcohol was only a temporary bandaid.
the left corner of his lip curled up as she mentioned his feigned popularity. aj wasn't that popular. or at least he didn't see himself as being so. people liked him because his mom would let him have parties when she was away on business, or because he did all of the goofy stuff that everyone was afraid to do. "that'll be easy." aj joked "considering i'm, like, the most popular person on the planet." he shrugged his shoulders and laughed at his own joke. molly could fully well find a new best friend. he was surprised she hadn't by now. aj didn't think he was all that and molly went to a school full of interesting, rich people. he didn't know why she kept him around, but he supposed it was a good thing. something about him must be redeemable.
a huge grin creeped up on his face when molly complimented him. he really hoped that he didn't look too lovestruck in that moment, because he was certainly feeling it. a compliment from her filled his entire body with tiny sparks. though, they always faded quickly. thoughts of anthony and her always killed the buzz. "seriously, i'm surprised no one has discovered her yet." leia was an amazing musician. aj hung out with her a lot when she performed on the streets of beverly hills. with all the hot shots running around here, he was legitimately taken back by the fact that no one made any offers to her. "oh moll," he started, slinging an arm around her shoulders. he began to walk, hoping she would be able to keep stride with his long steps. "what are the beverly brats talking about now?" he moved his green eyes down toward the girl. those stupid beverly prep kids had nothing better to do with their lives that make up shit about each other. that's why he was happy to go to the public school. sure, gossip still remained, but it was a lot less vicious.

[/style][/td][td] [atrb=border,0,true] molly couldn't help but think about anthony when she saw aj's pouty face. usually, her boyfriend did it when he was pretending to be mad or when he was actually mad/upset. he was never harsh with her nor did he yell and tell her things but that face was enough to make her push aside her pride and kiss him because she hated being mad at him. there were only three people who molly cared about and they were anthony, thaleia, and aj. and now that he was giving her that same face, the thought of comforting him crossed her mind. it shocked her but the thought remained in one little corner of her mind. she was quick to push it deeper into the corner, it was aj after all. her best friend as well as anthony's. the only thing she felt for him were friend feelings because all her love went to anthony. anyways, she turned her attention back, not wanting aj to get suspicious. if only her knew her thoughts, he would probably freak out. "oh well that makes me feel so much better" she replied sarcastically. still, a small laugh couldn't help but escape her lip-gloss covered lips. "but since you're trying i won't replace you...for now" she added, a mischievous glint in her eye.
her curiosity always peeked when she began to talk about beverly highs. there had been many times when she wished she had succumbed to anthony's wishes and skipped class to go. the only problem was that she was already on a tight rope with the principle and this was her last year. getting expelled or suspended could be the difference between her graduating or not. it was strange that she wasn't willing to risk it but her graduation was not a matter that she was willing to take lightly. after high school, then she would not give a shit about education but for now, if she wanted money, she needed to do good in school. "oh you know you are, otherwise, people wouldn't be throwing themselves at you after school" she joked. well kind of, she was a bit peeved that people kept aj from her. he was her best friend, not theirs. okay, she was going into scary possessive mode. "but i understand, all my coolness is rubbing off on you " she added, this time, she couldn't help but break into giggles. even she had to admit that was way out of her usual arrogane jokes.
"i know, though i'll miss her when they do...hopefully she doesn't forget the little people" . though that was highly unlikely. molly's parent had money and could probably send her every where that leia went if molly asked. which is something she would probably do because she loved the girl as much as she loved anthony and aj. oh you know, the usual. who cheated on who, who fucked who, who's dating.....oh and what the hell am i doing with people like you" molly emphasized the you just like her friends did. "and just so you know, i'm one of those beverly brats you so happen to be talking about. though i actually like you guys" molly said. sure, she wasn't a total gossip queen like them but she was still kind of like them. hell, she would probably be exactly like them if she had never befriend anthony, aj, and leia. thank god for that, she thought as she laid her head on aj's shoulder.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i54.tinypic.com/2vafwqd.jpg), border: solid #ffffff 5px; width: 400px; height: 500px;] so, people liked hanging out with the boy most days. he never knew why and he never counted the copious amounts of friends he had. always being modest, aj saw himself on the same level as everyone else. he never got too cocky unless it was a joke and he never picked one friend over the other. if someone was in need, it didn't matter if he knew a person for only a week, he would be there for them. there was one excepting though. molly richards was always a priority in andrew's book. "i wouldn't say throwing themselves." he gave a tiny smile and looked at the ground. okay, maybe people did want to take up his time every weekend. people wanted to make sure that he was in attendance to most parties because he was an outgoing guy. "but yeah, moll. i don't think i would be neat this cool if it wasn't for you." he grinned widely and directed his green eyes to find hers. he loved her in her fit of giggles. aj loved when she smiled around him. he felt the slightest pang in his heart every time he caused her to laugh because he knew that her laughter was sheerly out of friendship.
"ah, she won't forget us." aj mentioned, knowing fully well how loyal leia was to the both of them. that girl was his other best friend and nothing more. he loved being surrounded by her music and her personality. she and molly were very close to, but they had known each other for longer. "i bet we'll be the first people she mentions in her grammy speech." the boy pointed out this fact, not only verbally, but physically with his index finger. molly, anthony, and he were the first people to support the girl. of course they would never be forgotten. it would be a wonder if leia actually ever abandoned them. aj would find a way to continuously support her through her life though. even if it meant he had to drive across the country to see her first huge sold out arena show.
aj rolled his eyes at each of the topics of beverly prep's conversations. he couldn't help but hate the school. it was seeded in his brain from the very start of his education at the public school. "well, you're doing awesome shit with people like me." he grinned, flashing his pearly whites. he adjusted his arm slightly around her shoulders, finding the perfect spot for his arm to his her neck. he gripped the shoulder opposite to him with the arm that he held her with and tugged her in a little closer. "and i know fully well that you are one of those brats." he let out a light chuckle. "you're just one of the extremely rare cool ones." he beamed down at her. he felt terrible that the girl ever got crap from her peers for hanging out with the public school kids. it was all slightly unnecessary. maybe if the prep kids didn't look at the high school like dirt, their relations would be a bit better.
