Max is 17 years old and a soon-to-be senior at BHHS. He lives with his mom Donna and two younger sisters Kelsey and Emma. Their dad Greg has been in prison (for beating a man to death with a tyre iron) since Max was 12. People will know Max for having two main traits: goofy and angry. He hides behind his sense of humour and is generally a light-hearted and cheeky lad who is always looking to have a good time. He can be impulsive and carefree. He is hotheaded and can at times be very irritable. He doesn't like getting into fights, he's trying really hard to manage his anger. He is very active and athletic, he can't sit around all day doing nothing. He has to be up and on the go. He likes cycling, skateboarding and watersports. He works as a busboy and isn't a terrible student. And while he hates doing laundry, he does his bit around the house and is a devoted older brother. He's very protective of the people he cares about despite being a reserve or distant person. It's difficult for Max to "open up" and he finds it hard to trust people and to "let them in". But he knows a lot of people and he is sociable. He may know people as an acquaintance but can get along with them as if they're best friends. He's got a party personality. Always looking to have fun and tends to not give a fuck. And then has to deal with the consequences of not giving a fuck. He's slowly but surely learning that he can't keep messing around because real life awaits after high school and he's gotta really start thinking about what to do with his life. And that fucking terrifies him.

Max will need a little bit of everything. Friends: a best friend or two, a bromance, some school-only friends. Plenty of acquiantances, he will have more of those than close friends. If you're finding it difficult to connect Max with your character, he could know people through mutual friends. Enemies: douchebags are always welcome. Romances: some flirts and make-out friends, a fling or two, that one slutty girl he often ends up hooking up with at parties. I will let people know if their female character is someone he would have the hots for (or have a serious actual crush on). As for serious romance... he's a teenager, he doesn't know the meaning of true love and I doubt he's looking for it right now! He's full of hormones and wants to see girls naked! He's too busy jerking off to think about having a serious relationship. He might casually date a few girls, but that's all. He'd much rather have girl-friends with benefits.

_{MAX + LEIA it's kind of hilarious how similar thaleia and max actually are. leia is a total spitfire who's carefree and very impulse. she lives on whim. just as he has a love for sports, she has an adoration for anything that has to do with music. still, the one part that got me the most was the fact that he has difficulty opening up. thaleia is the exact same way; she's got the entire suffer in silence thing going for her. she's rather good at pin-pointing when people are indeed hiding behind a facade. as far as a relationship goes, well they are alike so i can see them bumping heads a lot! perhaps, there could be some sexual tension on the side? she's also all for one night stands and no feelings involved.}

Max and Leia your idea sounds great to me! I can definitely see him having an on/off friendship with her since they're so alike. They would probably have adventurous and heated hook-ups, with no strings attached. I don't think he could ever be too stubborn with her because Leia could be all "yo bitchtits, you down to party?" and he'd be like "Is that a rhetorical question?"

so they go to different schools but she would flirt with him if they crossed paths. it would be fun since she is a really big flirt, i dunno if they would be anything else but feel free to add/edit/delete.

SHANE&&MAX
So Shane here is my excitable, goofy and super sweet musician. He tries his best not to get sucked into the big celebrity scene, despite his band being recognized as popular. He does his best to live and act like he would have if he hadn’t picked music over a college degree. But that doesn’t mean he won’t use it to his advantage if he wants to, for things like getting into bars or clubs, or getting tickets through his agent or something to make it easier. He’s twenty-three, single and most definitely straight. However, his best friend [who I will probably make a want ad for later], is the only one he’ll act gay around, but that’s just because they’ve known each other forever. Still, he loves to party, loves to have fun, and loves meeting new people and learning about them and making friends. If you piss him off though, he’s definitely the type to either take a swing or shout profanities until you go away. Thoughts/ideas?
