[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=style, width: 450px; background-color: transparent;true] here's my heart and a postcard, darling sophia rushed into beverly hills high, pushing opened the door without caring about the sound it made when it slammed behind her. she was running beyond late and needed to go talk to her teachers. if she fell behind and her parents found out she would be worse than dead. hell, she was sure even if they killed her, they would bring her back to life and kill her again. her life would be a killing loop. and since sophia didn't want that happening, she rushed to the class she had first period, math. mr. silverstein was hunched over in his seat, eyes glued to one of his mystery novels. she was almost certain it was new because the pages looked crisp and clean compared to the usual worn ones that his older books had. was it obvious that she had an eye for detail? anyways, she went up to the desk and went into a long and detailed explanation of why she was late, her car hadn't started, she had missed the bus, and had to ride her bike all the way here. then apologized profusely, which led to him having to calm her down and tell her that the only thing she missed was an assembly that had taken up the first three periods. she let out an "oh, thank you for telling me that,"before speeding off to her locker. her fourth period was study hall and missing that wasn't too bad and then lunch followed. but first, she needed to get her books. she ignored her calculus book and grabbed her english book as well as her copy of dracula, a science text book, and her spanish one. she had opted out on history, she had taken a class over the summer and didn't require any more history in order to graduate. her father would have preferred she did, just to get even more ahead in college credits but she really needed a break. which she would be getting right now during lunch. she left her backpack in her locker, she didn't want to lug all those books around, and closed her locker door. she then set the first two numbers that way when class was about to start, she would just put one number and could get her backpack without worrying about being late. it was something her friends had thought about their freshman year. finally, she made her way to the cafeteria. it was already full of people but her friends had their table near the center already set. she waved to alani and gaby before going to the lunch line. she was close to the front when she heard a yelp behind her. she turned only to see food beginning to fly everywhere. she ducked, sophia wasn't up for getting dirty right now and began to crawl to the nearest table. it was hard and she ended up getting hit with some weird substance but she ignore it. this was definitely not her day. 000 words for anyone. wearing this. muse is good. |
